a surprise coming

I am giving the orchid a green background now as I found the white background too stark. Once that green background is complete there is more to come... call it a brainstorm (interesting word as there are often creative storms in my brain) that will involve gold acrylic and possibly gold leaf..... we'll see.

This time of year, filled with flowers and nature and glorious time outside is so good for me. Lots of rain yesterday (which we still need as we have not tipped the balance of deficit from years past.) So enjoy every raindrop and rainbow and new green leaf that owes its existence to the rain.
