work on the summer pears

I was excited to get into the studio yesterday... studio days are always the best days. I put the final layers of topcoat on the new abstract canvas, part of a new "units" or "components" series and left it to dry for the day. I spent the day working on the acrylic pear trio and am adding layer upon layer of color to build the rich coloration of the pear's skin.
