a little different substrate

I am currently working on something new in the studio.... I am painting a bra! Not on canvas, but the actual bra. Stop by to see the work in progress.... images will be coming once the piece is completed.

This wonderful exhibition and fundraiser is sponsored by Success in the City and will benefit the Tigerlily Foundation, a non-profit that helps and supports women confronting breast cancer.

A good friend of mine is a breast cancer surivor, and she will tell her story to go along with my art. I have already had one outright offer to buy the bra when completed, and I just started it a couple of days ago! What a wonderful fundraiser... and to my artist friends, it is not to late to join in!
