30 years

I know some amazing people. Artists and storytellers, performers, photographers, writers & imaginers. People who have been at their process for their whole life, immersed and exploring. These people are stars across my black velvet sky, points of light in my tiny universe on a daily basis.

For us it is all about the work and movement and the next stop on our guiding map - a map no one else will ever be privileged to see.... and I am honored and inspired to share the journey with people worthy of the title artist. Time is short and they remind me that it is right to put the focus on the personal journey and not on anything that will take the focus away from the ART.

This year begins the celebration of my thirtieth year as a professional artist. Thirty years. 30 years. Stunning, that number. I have thought about having a party this year, and inviting all the people who have shared a part of the journey with me. Settled, but maybe not so settled in this life of mine, and growth is around the corner again.
