the bear sketch returns

A brand new bear sketch is on the easel after a lot of study and research and flipping through photographs on the internet and reading books in the studio. I am much happier with the feel of this bear and already there is so much personality in this big guy. Bears have been a part of my dreams for most of my life, so this is an interesting project to take on. I am preparing for the big Utrecht demo and a poetry reading, and painting will get underway after those events.
