An important story on NPR that Virginia pointed me to can be seen here. Readers here know that I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, and my perpetrator has never paid for his crimes. About damn time. Unfortunately, from the Catholic Church to the legislature, we're dealing with a gender not known for its empathy toward victims, male or female.
